EMPOWERING THE COMMUNITY
In November 2025, we partnered with the Dominican Cultural Center in Brooklyn, NY. As part of the organizing team, we hosted a ‘Know Your Rights’ day dedicated to immigrants in our community. In a city as diverse as New York, knowing your legal standing is the first step toward security.
BRIDGING THE GAP
Our focus was on Language Access and legal literacy. Many immigrants face barriers simply because information isn’t available in their native tongue. We provided on-site translation and connected families with vital legal resources they can trust.
