YOUTH PATHWAYS PROGRAM
INVESTING IN THE FUTURE
For many first-generation immigrant youth, navigating the path to college and a career can be overwhelming. In October 2025, we launched our ‘Youth Pathways’ pilot program right here in the Bronx. We connected local high school students with professionals from similar backgrounds to provide the guidance, resume help, and confidence they need to succeed.
BUILDING CONFIDENCE
It wasn’t just about homework. It was about representation. Seeing successful engineers, teachers, and business owners who look like them and speak their language changed how these students see their own potential. By the end of the session, every student had a completed college roadmap and a professional mentor they could count on.
